Shayne Ronald

Shayne has been the General Manager at Brandy’s Cove since 2010. Prior to joining the Brandy’s Cove team, Shayne spent 15 years as the Operations Manager at a large marina in Penetanguishene, Georgian Bay.

Shayne has worked in the marina industry for over 25 years and has experience with all aspects of marina operations and management. Whether it is applying anti-foul paint, osmosis repair, launching and hauling boats, landscaping, dock repairs, marine mechanical, service management, parts management, service writer, Shayne has done it all.

As the General Manager of Brandy’s Cove, Shayne is responsible for all facets of the business. He has played a leading role in expanding the customer base and implementing new services at the marina such as fiberglass repair, electronics installs, custom boat top and repair, hull buff and wax and custom flooring.
